Food was good. We had 3 adults, 2 children and a baby. Not child nor children friendly, no baby changing station in the bathroom, no physical children's menu. Child drinks came in adult cups, they added on the tip to the bill which isn't right. Friendly waitress but inexperienced, didn't seem to check in on us often.

Always good food and nice people here, haven't ever had or even heard of a single bad experience at this place. The updated menu is a huge improvement on an already good menu, with more dishes that are as delicious and fresh made as they come.

The food was excellent but the service was very slow. It was very busy & I don't think they had enough wait staff. Our waiter was very attentive ,& apologetic so we didn't mind too much! I would definitely go again!

As always the food was great. As for the waitress ... service was non existent. AVOID the waitress with glasses! If you even see her ... Ask for the young guys who are very attentive!

Well the staff was nice and all that ,they took good care of us. As far as the food goes...a bit disappointed. I got a bad allergic reaction to their Buffalo Calamari appetizer and my burger was medium rare when I asked for well done. The onion on my burger was thick as hell,it looked like they sliced an onion in half and threw it on there. And the 4oz burgerb are way too thick to be simultaneously put on together . They didn't have the option for 1 patty only. Kind of disappointed with that. Hopefully next time I'll get luckier.

The food is very good. Their steaks are good, as are their salads and sides. They have a full bar and decent beer selection. Most times you can get right in, but sometimes you have to wait. The wait can be long.

The food is good, but when you find a sharp shard of metal on a shrimp it's completely unacceptable

This is based solely on our New Year's Eve experience. This was the first time we dined there. My dad and sister ordered well done steaks. They were brought out very rare and were sent back to be cooked more. When they returned, they were still very rare. Myself and my mother had already finished half our dinners before they even started. They kept them and we switched food so they could eat. My issue is that nothing was offered as compensation for their mistakes. Not a complimentary dessert, wine or meal. The waiter was very nice but in this case, should of consulted a manager or owner to make sure we left happy. Unfortunately, we didn't.

The service is friendly and the food is good. Try the steak! its great. Also if you are of age.... go for the Italian Apple Martini

So it's been a few years since I have been here. Recently it was sold and I was pleasantly surprised by the new menu and of coarse having a special menu for St. Patrick's day was a treat. Everything from he service to the food was excellent.

Amazing stake. All the food from beginning to end was great - the starter salad, bread and stake with 2 sides. This place underpromises and overdelivers. A nice surprise! Decor is odd, but that doesn't matter when the food is great.

When I called to order my food the woman over the phone told me she’s too busy to stop what she’s doing to write down my order with an attitude. I will never order from hot rocks again. They just lost a avid customer!!!!!!

The staff was very nice and provided excellent service. The blue cheese filet was delicious!!! The sides that came with it were good but not super yummy. The apple and ice cream dessert was awesome. I also really liked that they had a special night set aside for parmesan specials - chicken, shrimp, eggplant, and meatball. They were very reasonably priced.

Great Food and Friendly Waiters I couldn't have asked for anything better . The food is very well cooked and the taste is exquisite. Our server Daniel Was Very Nice And I Would Definitely Come Again!
